Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.

Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you confirm the order on the final page of our ordering process.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the type and quantity of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. For orders placed outside the designated area you will be advised of any additional delivery charges following order placement. Delivery pricing can be found under the menu item called 'delivery'

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Delays
Occasionally, the dispatch of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

Cancellation, Amendment & Returns
As soon as you realise that you need to change your order please contact us as soon as possible. If you amend your order, you may find there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you will be charged the current selling price on the day you amend the order). if you wish to cancel or change your order after agreeing your delivery date, we reserve the right to recover the costs associated with that delivery. This will be confirmed with you at the time of cancellation. Once you have taken delivery of your order private United Kingdom customers have certain cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ("the Regulations"). For full details the Regulations must be consulted, but in summary:

  • the right to cancel must be exercised on or before the end of the seventh day following the day of delivery of the goods;
  • any customer wishing to exercise this right to cancel must notify the vendor in writing to Roper Electronics
  • as a further condition of the right to cancel customers must also arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition to the address referred to in (b) above as soon as possible (if the vendor pays the return cost then this will be deducted from any refund). The goods will be deemed returned when actually received by the vendor at the said address in the condition stipulated;
  • pending the return of the goods they must be kept in good condition;
  • customers shall be entitled to a full refund (less any charges referred to in (c) above) on full compliance with the foregoing.

Any goods made to customers' specifications, produced on a commission basis or clearly personalised are excluded from the right to cancel.

Payment
All methods of payment, including credit cards are processed when you place your order.

Delivery Company
All orders are delivered by a third party delivery service. We will use every effort to expedite delivery once the goods have left our premises but cannot guarantee the day of delivery

Delivery Arrangements
As we use a third party for delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery requirements. If you need to discuss your delivery for any reason please contact us by telephone

Delays
Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or postponed. We will, or course, make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery time scales.

Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English
